Cell Explorer™ Live Cell Tracking Kit is designed for blue fluorescent labeling of living cells using Track It™ Blue. The initially weakly fluorescent, cell-permeable dye becomes strongly fluorescent following cell entry. Its cell-retaining moiety promotes intracellular retention of the label for studies that require cells to remain fluorescent during observation.

The kit includes Track It™ Blue, DMSO, and Assay Buffer, with sufficient reagents for 200 tests. Blue fluorescence can be detected using DAPI-compatible microscopy or flow cytometry with a 350 nm or 405 nm laser and a 450/40 nm emission filter. Cell Explorer™ Live Cell Tracking Kit supports cell tracking, cell adhesion and chemotaxis studies, and fluorescence-based cell assays.
