ReadiUse™ Universal Kinase Reaction Stopping Buffer
ReadiUse™ Universal Kinase Reaction Stopping Buffer is an aqueous solution that effectively chelates divalent metal ions. It is prepared by dissolving Na2EDTA•2H2O in distilled, deionized water and adjusting the pH to 8.0 using sodium hydroxide. This sterile-filtered solution finds wide applicability in biochemistry and molecular biology research. It is particularly useful for studying cell biology, molecular biology, bioactive small molecules, biochemicals, solutions and reagents, inorganic salts, chelators, and EDTA solutions. Notably, it has been utilized in a study to investigate the role of antigen retrieval in immunostaining ethanol-fixed smear.
