iFluor®-CD Antibody Conjugates
AAT Bioquest offers a comprehensive selection of iFluor®-CD antibody conjugates designed for immunophenotyping and cell surface marker analysis. These pre-conjugated antibodies combine the superior brightness and photostability of iFluor® dyes with validated antibodies against cluster of differentiation (CD) markers, providing ready-to-use reagents for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence applications. The iFluor® dye series spans from ultraviolet (UV) through visible to near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths, enabling flexible multicolor panel design.
iFluor® Dye Technology

iFluor® dyes represent AAT Bioquest's next-generation fluorescent labeling technology, engineered to overcome limitations of traditional fluorophores like FITC, Cy dyes, and Alexa Fluor® dyes. When conjugated to CD antibodies, iFluor® dyes deliver exceptional signal intensity and photostability for reliable immunophenotyping across flow cytometry and microscopy platforms.
Key Advantages
  • Superior brightness - iFluor® dyes provide 2-5X higher fluorescence intensity than comparable FITC and Cy dye conjugates
  • Enhanced photostability - Significantly more resistant to photobleaching than Alexa Fluor® and Cy dyes, enabling extended imaging sessions and repeated scanning without signal loss
  • Higher conjugation efficiency - Optimized reactive chemistry yields more consistent dye-to-protein ratios and reduced dye aggregation
  • Excellent water solubility - Superior aqueous solubility minimizes aggregation and non-specific binding in cellular assays
  • pH stability - Stable fluorescence across physiological pH range (pH 4-10) for diverse experimental conditions
  • Broad spectral coverage - Full visible to near-IR spectrum options for flexible multicolor panel design
CD Marker Profiles

CD (Cluster of Differentiation) antibody conjugates are essential tools for identifying and characterizing immune cell populations through flow cytometry. AAT Bioquest's iFluor®-CD conjugates target key markers across multiple cell lineages and differentiation states.
Antibody Quality Standards
  • Pre-validated specificity - Each conjugate is tested for specificity and performance in flow cytometry
  • Ready-to-use format - No additional conjugation steps required; directly applicable to cell suspensions
  • Optimized fluorophore-to-protein ratios - Balanced ratios maximize signal without introducing quenching or aggregation
  • Multiplatform compatibility - Validated for flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and imaging applications
  • Multiple species reactivity - Human and mouse-reactive options available for cross-species studies
