About
iFluor® 790 succinimidyl ester
iFluor® 790 succinimidyl ester is an amine-reactive, near-infrared fluorescent dye designed for covalent labeling of proteins, particularly antibodies, for fluorescence imaging and detection applications.
 • Amine-Reactive Labeling: Covalently conjugates to primary amino groups of proteins.
 • Spectral Properties: Excitation/emission maxima of 787/812 nm.
 • Spectral Compatibility: Emission is well separated from Cy5, Cy7, and APC fluorophores.
 • Applications: Suitable for near-infrared animal imaging and two-color Western blot detection.

HL-60 cells were incubated with (Red, +) or without (Green, -) Anti-human HLA-ABC (W6/32 mAb), followed by iFluor® 790 goat anti-mouse IgG conjugate. The fluorescence signal was monitored using ACEA NovoCyte flow cytometer in APC-Cy7 channel.
