Actin Lightning™ iFluor® 647 Phalloidin Conjugate is a novel fluorescent phalloidin conjugate designed for high-affinity labeling of filamentous actin (F-actin). This high-affinity design supports bright and specific F-actin staining, allowing stained samples to be imaged for around one month after staining with minimal loss of signal or specificity under appropriate mounting and storage conditions.

This conjugate is labeled with iFluor® 647, a far-red fluorophore with excitation and emission maxima of 656/670 nm. It is suitable for fluorescence microscopy workflows involving fixed cells, and provides a far-red channel option for imaging cell morphology, cytoskeletal organization, and F-actin distribution.
