Buccutite™ Rapid APC-iFluor® 700 Tandem Antibody Labeling Kit facilitates the APC-iFluor® 700 tandem conjugations to antibodies and other proteins for flow cytometry and immunoassay applications.

APC-iFluor® 700 Labeling: Provides a preactivated tandem dye with 651 nm excitation and 710 nm emission.
Conjugation Chemistry: Uses FOL/MTA chemistry for amino group-based antibody labeling.
High Conjugation Efficiency: Higher yields than conventional SMCC-based chemistry.
Microscale Labeling Format: Supports two labeling reactions of up to 100 µg antibody each.
Applications: Suitable for flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry.

Overview

APC-iFluor® 700 Tandem is an excellent replacement for APC-Alexa Fluor® 700 Tandem since they have almost identical spectra. On some antibodies, our APC-iFluor® 700 Tandem is much brighter than APC-Alexa Fluor® 700 Tandem with a higher stain index. AAT Bioquest offers this Buccutite™ rapid labeling kit to facilitate the APC-iFluor® 700 tandem conjugations to antibodies and other proteins such as streptavidin and other secondary reagents. Buccutite™ APC-iFluor® 700 Tandem Conjugation Kit provides a robust and convenient method to conjugate antibodies with APC. The kit includes a preactivated APC-iFluor® 700 tandem and reaction buffer. The conjugated antibody can be used in flow cytometry, WB, ELISA and IHC applications. This kit is sufficient for 2 labeling reactions, each up to 100 ug of antibody. The best ratio for any new antibody reagent must be determined by experimentation. Our kit provides preactivated APC-iFluor® 700 tandem to facilitate the APC-iFluor® 700 tandem conjugations to antibodies and other proteins such as streptavidin and other secondary reagents. Our preactivated APC-iFluor® 700 tandem is ready to conjugate, giving much higher yield than the conventionally tedious SMCC-based conjugation chemistry. In addition, our preactivated APC-iFluor® 700 tandem is conjugated to a protein via its amino group that is abundant in proteins while SMCC chemistry targets the thiol group that has to be regenerated by the reduction of antibodies.
