Fluorescence images of HL-60 cells stained with Cell Navigator® Cell Plasma Membrane Staining Kit *Red Fluorescence* in a 96-well black wall/clear bottom plate. The cells were imaged using a fluorescence microscope equipped with a Cy5 filter set.

Overview

Cell Navigator® Cell Plasma Membrane Staining Kit provides fluorescent labeling of cellular plasma membranes using Cellpaint™ Deep Red. The membrane staining supports identification of cell boundaries and is retained after fixation.

The kit includes Cellpaint™ Deep Red, Assay Buffer, and DMSO, with sufficient reagents for 500 tests. Fluorescence is detected using a Cy5 filter set. The stain is not retained through permeabilization, limiting compatibility with intracellular antibody staining workflows. Cell Navigator® Cell Plasma Membrane Staining Kit supports fluorescence microscopy and cell segmentation for high-content screening.
