CYTOXite™ Green Dead Cell Stain
CYTOXite™ Green Dead Cell Stain is a cell-impermeant nucleic acid dye designed for selective staining and quantification of dead cells in fluorescence-based assays.
  • Selective staining: Enters cells with compromised membranes and binds nucleic acids for dead cell detection
  • Green fluorescence: Emits bright green signal with excitation/emission maxima ~491/508 nm for standard fluorescence platforms
  • Low background: Excluded from live cells, minimizing background fluorescence in viability assays
  • Multipurpose use: Suitable for cytotoxicity assays, membrane integrity studies, and multiplexed cell health analysis
