Overview

Diazepam maleimide is a thiol-reactive diazepam analog engineered for site-specific conjugation to sulfhydryl-containing biomolecules. It features a maleimide group that selectively reacts with free thiols via Michael addition under mild, aqueous conditions, forming stable thioether bonds.
