FMOC-Glu(TQ3)-OH
FMOC-Glu(TQ3)-OH is a building block for in-sequence Lys labeling by Tide Quencher™ 3 (TQ3). TQ3 is the best quencher that is used to develop a FRET probe with TAMRA and Cy3 or other fluorescent dyes that have the similar fluorescence spectra (to TAMRA and Cy3) such as Bodipy TMR dyes. It can also be used with 6-HEX derivatives.
