About
iFluor® 430 acid
iFluor® 430 is a blue fluorescent dye similar to Alexa Fluor® 430, but it offers better absorption, brightness, and pH stability.
  • High performance: Brighter fluorescence and stronger absorption than Alexa Fluor® 430, with excellent photostability.
  • Direct equivalent: Serves as a superior replacement for Alexa Fluor® 430 acid with enhanced solubility and spectral properties.
  • Conjugation-ready chemistry: Can be converted into reactive esters for labeling proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides.
  • Broad applications: Ideal for ICC, flow cytometry, live-cell imaging, and multicolor fluorescence microscopy.
With EDAC or other equivalent activating coupling agents, fluorescent dyes, such as iFluor® 430, can react readily with the primary amines (R-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The resulting dye conjugates are quite stable.
