iFluor® 647-dextran conjugate (average MW = ~150K)
iFluor® 647-dextran (150 kDa) is a high molecular weight far-red probe specifically designed for extracellular labeling that provides long-term tracking of macromolecular transport with excellent tissue penetration.
  • Fluorophore Properties: Conjugated to iFluor® 647, a far-red fluorophore with Ex/Em max = ~656/670 nm; spectrally analogous to Alexa Fluor® 647 and Cy5
  • Dextran Carrier: ~150,000 Da dextran backbone provides minimal cellular uptake and extended extracellular retention, ideal for exclusion-based studies
