About
iFluor® 680-streptavidin conjugate
iFluor® 680-streptavidin conjugate is a far-red fluorescent probe designed for detecting biotinylated proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules through high-affinity streptavidin-biotin binding.
 • Binding Specificity: Exhibits high-affinity binding to biotinylated targets.
 • Spectral Properties: Excitation/emission maxima of 684/701 nm.
 • High Fluorescence: Features bright, photostable iFluor® 680 dye with minimal protein quenching.
 • Dye Compatibility: Spectrally similar to Alexa Fluor® 680-streptavidin conjugate.

HeLa cells were incubated with mouse anti-tubulin and biotin goat anti-mouse IgG followed by AAT’s iFluor® 680-streptavidin conjugate (Red). Cell nuclei were stained with Hoechst 33342 (Blue, Cat#17530).
