About
iFluor® 680 Styramide™
iFluor® 680 Styramide™ is a far-red fluorescent signal amplification reagent designed for sensitive detection of low-abundance targets in cells and tissues using HRP-mediated labeling.
  • Detection Principle: Uses HRP-catalyzed covalent deposition of fluorescent labels.
  • High Sensitivity: Generates 10–50 times stronger fluorescence signals than conventional tyramide reagents.
  • Instrument Compatibility: Compatible with Cy5 fluorescence microscope filter sets.
  • Applications: Suitable for immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry.
Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human lung tissue was labeled with anti-EpCAM mouse mAb followed by HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (Cat No. 16728). The fluorescence signal was developed using iFluor® 680 styramide (Cat No. 45050) and detected with a Cy5 filter set.
