IP1 Amine
Product key features
- An excellent building block to develop IP1 probes
- Readily reacts with carbonyl compounds
- Might be used for detecting myo-inositol
Product description
IP1 Amine is an excellent building block to develop probes for detecting 1D-myo-inositol 1-phosphate (IP1). It readily reacts with carbonyl-containing biomolecules (such as peptides and antibodies). IP1 is an inositol having myo- configuration substituted at position 1 by a phosphate group. It has a role as a human metabolite, an Escherichia coli metabolite and a mouse metabolite. IP1 is functionally related to myo-inositol. It is a conjugate acid of 1D-myo-inositol 1-phosphate.
