mFluor™ UV440 SE is a UV-excitable labeling dye designed for high-performance antibody conjugation and flow cytometry applications.

Each laser produced a distinct emission pattern, and their combination yielded the composite spectral signature. The fluorescence signal was monitored using an Cytek Aurora flow cytometer in the specific UV3-A channel.
