Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein [FITC] Antibody, Biotinylated
Product key features
Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein [FITC] Antibody, Biotinylated is a polyclonal antibody labeled with biotin for detecting FITC-conjugated molecules.
- Biotin Labeled: Enables flexible detection via streptavidin or avidin-linked systems.
- High Affinity: Strong binding to FITC and related fluorescein dyes.
- Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad epitope recognition.
- Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Product description
Rabbit Anti-Fluorescein [FITC] Antibody, Biotinylated is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to fluorescein-based dyes such as FITC and is directly labeled with biotin. This configuration enables flexible detection using streptavidin- or avidin-based systems in a variety of assay formats.
The antibody may cross-react with structurally related dyes such as Alexa Fluor® 488, DyLight® 488, and other fluorescein analogs. It is ideal for signal amplification in detecting low-abundance FITC conjugates, validating conjugation efficiency, and supporting multiplexed detection workflows.
Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
