ReadiPrep™ Mycoplasma Inhibitor Solution *1000X*
ReadiPrep™ Mycoplasma Inhibitor Solution is a sterile, concentrated (1000x) antibiotic/antimycotic solution. It is cell culture tested and ready to use with any standard cell culture media. ReadiPrep™ Mycoplasma Inhibitor Solution requires no special protective equipment needed other than for standard cell culture. It is compatible with most commonly used cell lines.

SAMPLE EXPERIMENTAL PROTOCOL
This product is safe to use at the recommended concentration. No special protective equipment is required beyond standard cell culture practices. For more information, please refer to the safety data sheet.
Add 1.0 mL of ReadiPrep™ Mycoplasma Inhibitor Solution 1000x to 1 liter of cell culture media. Use the prepared working media within one month.
Note: For certain cell lines, it may be necessary to test different dilutions (e.g., 0.5x, 1x, 2x, and 4x).
Note: Use MycoLytics without any additional antibiotics in the media. Maintain appropriate cell densities, subculture the cells four times, and then retest.
