The ReadiPrep™ Spin Column for PCR Product Cleanup is a quick and reliable tool designed to purify DNA from PCR reactions and other enzymatic processes. This column removes primers, unused nucleotides, salts, and other contaminants that might be present in the sample to yield high-quality DNA suitable for a variety of downstream applications.
These columns have a pre-packed silica-based membrane to selectively bind DNA for the removal of impurities. The protocol is straightforward and requires minimal hands-on time, making it ideal for quick and reproducible workflows.
It is compatible with a various sample type and is optimized for use in downstream applications such as DNA sequencing, cloning, ligation, and quantitative PCR (qPCR).
Example protocol
AT A GLANCE
- Add 5 volumes of binding buffer into PCR sample.
- Apply the mix to ReadiPrep™ Spin Column and centrifuge the column.
- Wash the column with wash buffer.
- Elute the sample from the column with elution buffer.
