Overview

ReadiUse™ APS-5 is a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate designed for the sensitive detection of alkaline phosphatase (AP) in ELISA, Western blot, and solution-based assays. Utilizing acridan-based chemistry, ReadiUse™ APS-5 produces a rapid and sustained luminescent signal upon reaction with AP-labeled molecules, enabling highly sensitive and quantitative analysis. The reagent offers excellent performance, with a detection limit below 10⁻19 moles of AP, making it ideal for applications that demand low-level detection and high precision.
