ReadiUse™ APS-5
Product key features
- Ultrasensitive Detection: Detects alkaline phosphatase at sub-femtomole levels (<10⁻19 moles) for precise quantification of low-abundance targets.
- Rapid and Sustained Signal: Acridan-based chemistry delivers fast signal onset and prolonged luminescence, for both rapid analysis and flexible read times.
- Wide Dynamic Range: Provides linear response across multiple orders of magnitude, allowing accurate quantitation in both low and high signal contexts.
- Temperature Robustness: Maintains consistent performance between 22°C and 35°C, minimizing the need for temperature control during assays.
- Versatile Compatibility: Ideal for use in ELISA, Western blotting, and solution-based assays involving AP-conjugated reagents.
Product description
ReadiUse™ APS-5 is a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate designed for the sensitive detection of alkaline phosphatase (AP) in ELISA, Western blot, and solution-based assays. Utilizing acridan-based chemistry, ReadiUse™ APS-5 produces a rapid and sustained luminescent signal upon reaction with AP-labeled molecules, enabling highly sensitive and quantitative analysis. The reagent offers excellent performance, with a detection limit below 10⁻19 moles of AP, making it ideal for applications that demand low-level detection and high precision. Its fast signal development significantly shortens assay time and improves throughput, while the extended signal duration provides flexibility in read timing without compromising linearity or accuracy. ReadiUse™ APS-5 exhibits a broad dynamic range with linear calibration across multiple orders of magnitude, and is robust against temperature variations, maintaining consistent performance between 22°C and 35°C. This eliminates the need for strict temperature control during routine assays.
