ReadiUse™ Preactivated PE-Cy5 Maleimide

ReadiUse™ Preactivated PE-Cy5 Maleimide is a thiol-reactive fluorescent tandem dye for conjugating reduced antibodies and other proteins for multicolor flow cytometry.

Fluorescence Detection: Excitation at 565 nm and emission at ~660 nm.
Maleimide Chemistry: SMCC-activated for thiol-reactive conjugation.
Ready-to-Use: Preactivated dye simplifies antibody conjugation.
Protein Compatibility: Suitable for reduced antibodies and other thiol-containing biomolecules.
Applications: Supports fluorescent antibody labeling and multicolor flow cytometry.

Flow cytometry analysis of whole blood stained with PE-Cy5 anti-human CD4 *SK3* conjugate. The fluorescence signal was monitored using an Aurora spectral flow cytometer in the PE-Cy5 specific B8-A channel.
