Overview

ReadiUse™ TNB Blocking Buffer is specifically designed to minimize background staining in applications such as tyramide signal amplification (TSA), power styramide signal amplification (PSA), immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH), and blotting. It contains a proprietary formulation in a buffered base, optimized to reduce non-specific interactions while preserving target signal intensity. This buffer is ready to use without further dilution and is compatible with peroxidase- and biotin-based labeling systems. It can be applied to both tissue sections and membrane formats to enhance signal clarity in high-sensitivity detection workflows. It can also be used as a dilution buffer for probes and antibodies.
