Streptavidin-iFluor 750®-xtra conjugate

Product key features

Streptavidin-iFluor 750®-xtra Conjugate is a near-infrared fluorescent probe for detecting biotinylated targets.

  • High Sensitivity: iFluor® 750-xtra provides a stable NIR fluorescence for low-abundance target detection.
  • Specific Biotin Binding: Streptavidin binds biotin with high affinity.
  • Direct equivalent: Replacement for Streptavidin-Alexa Fluor® 750 from Thermo Fisher.
  • Versatile Applications: Suitable for Western blot, microscopy, and in vivo imaging.

Product description

Streptavidin-iFluor 750®-xtra Conjugate is a highly sensitive fluorescent reagent designed for detecting biotinylated biomolecules with near-infrared fluorescence. It features a streptavidin core for strong, specific binding to biotin, and is conjugated to iFluor® 750, a photostable fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima around 755/778 nm.

The near-infrared emission of iFluor® 750-xtra minimizes background autofluorescence interference and avoids spectral overlap with visible-range dyes, making it ideal for multicolor fluorescence detection in microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, and in vivo imaging.
