Product description
XFD555 amine is the same molecule to the Alexa Fluor® 555 amine (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of ThermoFisher). It is a cyanine dye with bright yellow-fluorescence optimal for labeling antibodies. XFD555 dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to 10. The amine of XFD555 is a versatile carbonyl-reactive form for conjugating this fluorophore to peptides and other biological molecules.
