About
XFD680 NHS Ester
XFD680 NHS Ester is an amine-reactive, deep red fluorescent dye with an excitation/emission of 681/704 nm that is used for flow cytometry and microscopy applications.
  • Easy Conjugation: Efficiently labels primary amines on proteins, ligands, and amine-modified oligonucleotides
  • Bright & Stable: Delivers intense fluorescence with resilience to photobleaching and pH variations from 4 to 10
  • Hydrophilic: Minimizes aggregation, enhancing signal clarity for advanced imaging and live-cell studies
Flow cytometry analysis of PBMC stained with XFD680 anti-human CD4 *SK3* conjugate. The fluorescence signal was monitored using an Aurora spectral flow cytometer in the XFD680 specific R4-A channel. XFD680 is the same structure as Alexa Fluor® 680.
