My cells are very sensitive to media deprivation. I would prefer to stain my cells in cell culture medium.

Yes, the probes used in Cell Navigator® Cell Plasma Membrane Staining Kits are compatible with cell culture medium.
For a more intense fluorescence signal, it is recommended that you perform staining using the provided 'Assay Buffer' (Component B in Cat No. 22682, 22680 and 22681).
