How are FITC signals detected?

Posted November 10, 2022

Answer

FITC signals can be detected a couple of different ways. Direct detection is possible with the use of fluorescence microscopes. The indirect technique involves the use of an anti-FITC antibody that enables detection by amplifying FITC signals and/or eliminating the quenching of FITC fluorescence.
