Where can creatine be found?

Posted October 26, 2023

Answer

Creatine is a naturally-occurring molecule found in the muscles in the body. The human body produces creatine in small amounts in the kidneys, liver, and pancreas. This creatine is converted into phosphocreatine or creatine phosphate, which is stored in the muscles to be used as energy when needed.
