Michaelis-Menten Kinetics Calculator
This is a calculator to find Michaelis-Menten equation values. The equation can be used to find the velocity of a reaction, setting it equal to the product of the maximum reaction rate (measured in mol/unit of time) and the concentration of substrate (measured in M (mol/liter)), divided by the sum of the Michaelis constant (measured in M (mols/liter)) and the concentration of the substrate. This calculator can be used to find the velocity of the reaction, maximum reaction rate, concentration of substrate, or the Michaelis constant, provided the three other values are known.
v = VMax
[S]

KM + [S]
Rate of Formation of Product (v)
Maximum Reaction Rate (Vmax)
Concentration of Substrate ([S])
Michaelis constant (Km)
