Nucleic Acid Quantitation Kits

Portelite™ nucleic acid quantitation kits are specifically optimized for fluorometers including CytoCite™ and Qubit™ instruments. These assays use highly selective fluorescent dyes that bind specifically to their target nucleic acid, providing accurate quantitation even in the presence of common contaminants like proteins, salts, and free nucleotides.
