ReadiPrep™ Oligo(dT)30 Magnetic Beads enable rapid and efficient isolation of polyadenylated mRNA from total RNA, cell lysates, or tissue samples. The beads feature covalently coupled oligo(dT)30 sequences that hybridize specifically with the poly(A) tail present on eukaryotic mRNA, allowing selective capture and purification. Isolated mRNA is suitable for downstream applications including cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RNA-seq library preparation, and in vitro translation.
