AAT Bioquest's ReadiPrep™ Magnetic Beads and Kits provide streamlined solutions for sample preparation workflows. Cell Enrichment

ReadiPrep™ Cell Enrichment Kits utilize magnetic bead technology to isolate specific cell populations or remove unwanted cells from samples. CD4+ T cells positively isolated from whole blood using ReadiPrep™ CD4+ Cell Isolation Kit. The figure shows that the percentage of CD4+ cells was 36.3% before isolation which increased to 99.38% after isolation. Cells were stained with CD4 (SK3)-iFluor® 488 and CD45 (2D1)-iFlour® 647.

Streptavidin Magnetic Beads
ReadiPrep™ Streptavidin Magnetic Beads provide high-affinity capture of biotinylated molecules including antibodies, nucleic acids, and proteins. The streptavidin-biotin interaction (~10⁻¹⁵ M Kd) ensures efficient and stable binding, while uniform magnetic particles enable rapid separation and washing. Multiple bead sizes are available to optimize performance for different applications.

Oligo(dT) Magnetic Beads for mRNA Isolation
ReadiPrep™ Oligo(dT)30 Magnetic Beads enable rapid and efficient isolation of polyadenylated mRNA from total RNA, cell lysates, or tissue samples. The beads feature covalently coupled oligo(dT)30 sequences that hybridize specifically with the poly(A) tail present on eukaryotic mRNA, allowing selective capture and purification. Isolated mRNA is suitable for downstream applications including cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RNA-seq library preparation, and in vitro translation.
  • Specific mRNA capture — oligo(dT)30 sequences selectively bind poly(A)+ mRNA while excluding rRNA and other non-polyadenylated RNA
  • High binding capacity — 10 μg mRNA per 100 μL (1 mg) of beads
