FMOC-Lys(QSY-21)-OH is a building block for in-sequence Lys labeling by QSY-21. QSY-21 is a quencher that can be used to develop a FRET probe with Cy5 or other fluorescent dyes that have the similar fluorescence spectra (to Cy5) such asTF5 or iFluor 647 dyes.
