FMOC-Lys(QSY-7)-OH is a building block for in-sequence Lys labeling by QSY-7. QSY-7 is a quencher that can be used to develop a FRET probe with Cy3, Alexa Fluor 555, iFluor 555, DyLight 555, ATTO 550, ATTO 565 or other fluorescent dyes that have the similar fluorescence spectra (to Cy3) such asTF3 dyes.
