Purified Anti-human CD15 Antibody *HI98*
HI98 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that forms an immune complex with the CD15 antigen. CD15 (also known as X-hapten) is a transmembrane protein that is found on the surface of cells like stem cells, macrophages and granulocytes. CD15 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, in particular, Selectins. CD15 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 5800 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD15 is vital to neuroscience, cell biology and stem cells research, commonly serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography.
