Purified Anti-human CD195 Antibody *T21/8*
The T21/8 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD195, a 45 kD glycoprotein frequently located on the surface of T cells and monocytes. CD195 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, RANTES. CD195 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 300 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD195 is frequently used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of immunology, neuroinflammation and neuroscience. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography.
