Yes, we do. Most of the calcium indicators typically used with mammalian cells, such as Fluo-4 AM, Fluo-8® AM and Calbryte 520 AM, are also suitable for use in plant cells. Of these calcium indicators, Fluo-4 AM has been used the most with plant cells. For a better performance, we recommend upgrading to Calbryte 520 AM. Calbryte 520 AM is easier to load, exhibits better intracellular retention and has a higher S/N ratio than Fluo-4 AM.
