How can I tell if my antibodies were damaged by long-term storage?

Posted February 25, 2020

Answer

Antibody storage conditions (particularly temperature) depend on the antibody type. For example the storage temperature generally varies between -20°C to 4°C depending on the antibody. The antibody damage during long-term storage can happen due to microbial contamination or repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
