To inhibit intracellular calcium release, you can use BAPTA-AM or EGTA-AM, which are both calcium ion chelators. Other options are xestospongin C, an IP3 inhibitor; U-73122, a phospholipase C inhibitor; and GF109302X, a protein kinase C inhibitor.
