Where are lyases and ligases found within cells?

Answer

Lyases can be found in different cellular compartments because they participate in several different metabolic processes. 

Ligases are found in the nucleus and cytoplasm in the cell. They play a significant role in various processes that take in the nucleus and cytoplasm, where DNA and RNA synthesis occur.
