Where is the nucleolus located in the cell?

Posted July 12, 2023

Answer

The nucleolus is located within the nucleus of cells. The nucleolus exists as its own distinct region inside the nucleus, and it is not surrounded by a membrane. It typically is found near the center of the nucleus, but its location can change depending on the cell type, physiological conditions, and cell cycle stage.
