ReadiPrep™ Subcellular & Organelle Isolation Kits

ReadiPrep™ Subcellular & Organelle Isolation Kits provide efficient isolation of cellular compartments, organelles, and membrane fractions from mammalian cells and tissues. These kits utilize optimized combinations of mechanical disruption, differential centrifugation, and selective buffer formulations to enrich specific cellular compartments with high purity and yield. Options include fractionation kits that yield multiple compartments from a single sample, as well as targeted isolation kits for specific organelles.
Key Features
  • Stepwise extraction protocols enable sequential isolation of multiple fractions from a single sample
  • Targeted isolation kits for specific organelles (ER, plasma membrane, exosomes)
  • Optimized buffer formulations maintain protein integrity and enzymatic activity
  • Compatible with cultured cells and tissue samples for versatile applications
  • High-purity fractions validated by Western blot with compartment-specific markers
  • No ultracentrifugation required — simple benchtop centrifugation protocols

40 ug total protein of nuclear or cytoplasmic extract from Jurkat cells was used.
40 ug total protein of nuclear or cytoplasmic extract from Jurkat cells was used. 2 ug/ml of mouse anti-α-tubulin antibody or rabbit anti-HDAC1 antibody was used to probe the nitrocellulose membrane for overnight. 10 ug/ml of iFluor® 647 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) (Catalog Number 16744) or iFluor® 647 goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) (Catalog Number 16809) was used. The detection was visualized by UVP MultiSpectral Imaging System (Biolite). M: Marker, Nu: Nuclear extract, Cyto: Cytoplasmic extract.

Western Blot analysis of Protein disulfide isomerase (Endoplasmic Reticulum Marker).
Western Blot analysis of Protein disulfide isomerase (Endoplasmic Reticulum Marker). 20 μg of protein was loaded onto a NuPAGE 4-12 % Bis-Tris-Gel. Fractions were tested with PDI antibody at dilution of 1:1000 incubated overnight at 4 °C. iFluor® 680 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L)) (Catalog Number 16566) was used at 1:1000 dilution as secondary antibody and imaged by BioRad ChemiDoc Touch Imaging System. A band of ~57 kDa was detected. Lanes 1 and 2 show ER from HeLa cells in two separate experiments using ReadiPrep™ Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) Isolation Kit (Catalog Number 67302).
Blood and Cell Isolation Reagents

Also available are specialized reagents for isolating specific cell populations from whole blood and for preparing blood samples for downstream analysis. These products complement subcellular fractionation workflows by providing purified starting material for subsequent organelle isolation or direct cellular analysis.
Key Features
  • Negative selection yields target cells without direct antibody labeling or activation marker engagement
  • One-step RBC lysis and fixation preserves phosphorylation status
  • Bead-free final product for CD4+ T cell isolation
  • Compatible with flow cytometry for surface and intracellular staining

CD4+ T cells positively isolated from whole blood using ReadiPrep™ CD4+ Cell Isolation Kit. The figure shows that the percentage of CD4+ cells was 36.3% before isolation which increased to 99.38% after isolation. Cells were stained with CD4 (SK3)-iFluor® 488 and CD45 (2D1)-iFlour® 647.
Bacterial Component Isolation

ReadiPrep™ Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) Isolation Kit provides a safe and effective way to isolate LPS from the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria. LPS (endotoxin) is a major component of the bacterial outer membrane and a potent activator of the innate immune system, making it essential for immunology and inflammation research.
Key Features
  • Safe and effective extraction of LPS from Gram-negative bacteria
  • High-purity LPS suitable for immunological studies
  • Simple protocol with minimal hands-on time
  • Ideal for TLR4 signaling studies and innate immunity research
