ReadiLink™ Protein Labeling Kits
ReadiLink™ kits provide a rapid method for labeling antibodies and compatible proteins with fluorescent dyes. Using preactivated NHS ester chemistry, conjugation requires only two simple mixing steps with no column purification needed. Labeled antibodies are ready to use directly in flow cytometry, microscopy, ELISA, and other immunoassays.
Key Advantages of ReadiLink™ Kits

  • No purification required—reaction products can be used directly
  • Preactivated dyes ensure consistent labeling efficiency
  • Available in microscale (50 µg), production scale (1 mg), and BSA-compatible formats
  • Complete kits include all necessary reagents

iFluor® Dye Labeling Kits

iFluor® dyes are superior alternatives to classic fluorophores, offering enhanced brightness and photostability, as well as being spectrally matched to common laser lines and filter sets. ReadiLink™ Rapid iFluor® Antibody Labeling Kits and BSA-compatible ReadiLink™ xtra Rapid iFluor® Antibody Labeling Kits provide a quick and convenient method to label microscale volumes of antibodies with iFluor® dyes. The unique chemistry of ReadiLink™ kits enables researchers to effortlessly label antibodies with near-complete recovery of the input antibody, without a purification step.

Flow cytometry analysis of human PBMC cells. Anti-human CD4 antibody prepared with ReadiLink™ Rapid iFluor® 488 Antibody Labeling Kit (Catalog Number 1255) or Lightning-Link® Rapid Alexa Fluor® 488. The fluorescence signal was monitored using the ACEA NovoCyte flow cytometer in the FITC channel.
mFluor™ Dye Labeling Kits Optimized for Flow Cytometry

The absorbance maxima of mFluor™ dyes are designed to be optimally excited by one of the major laser lines commonly equipped in flow cytometers, such as the 350 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 532 nm, 561-568 nm, or 633-647 nm laser lines. The enables multiple fluorophores to share a single excitation source, while emitting at different wavelengths, allowing for convenient multiplexing. For more information about our mFluor™ dyes, please see here.
trFluor™ Dye Labeling Kits for Time Resolved Fluorescence

Time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) eliminates autofluorescence interference by exploiting the millisecond-scale emission of lanthanide complexes. trFluor™ europium (Eu) and terbium (Tb) probes supplied in ReadiLink™ labeling kits offer large Stokes shifts (>200 nm), minimal self-quenching, and high conjugation efficiency. For more information about TR-FRET and trFluor™ dyes, please see here.
XFD Dye Labeling Kits

XFD dyes are structurally similar and spectrally equivalent to Alexa Fluor® dyes, providing drop-in replacement compatibility.
Classic Dye Labeling Kits

ReadiLink™ labeling kits are a cost-efficient method of conjugating classic dyes, such as FITC and cyanine (e.g., Cy3 or Cy5) dyes, to antibodies and other biomolecules.
Biotinylation and Specialty Kits

AAT Bioquest offers ReadiLink™ kits designed to simplify biotin labeling and protein conjugation workflows, including fast, amine-reactive biotinylation of IgG (with an optional ReadiView™ color-tagged format that helps gauge labeling without HABA assays), and one-step hapten-to-BSA conjugation for immunogen preparation.
