APC Anti-human CD229 Antibody
HLy9.25
The HLy9.25 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD229, a 100 - 120 kD transmembrane protein frequently found on the surface of thymocytes, B cells, T cells and natural killer cells. In some organisms, CD229 positively regulates interleukin-17 production, and is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, namely, SAP. CD229 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 200 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD229 is frequently used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC (ex/em = 651/660 nm). It is compatible with the 642 nm laser and 702/85 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Luminex Amnis ImageStream).
Flow cytometry analysis of whole blood cells stained with APC anti-human CD229 antibody (Clone: HLy9.25). The fluorescence signal was monitored using an Aurora spectral flow cytometer in the APC specific R1-A channel.
