About
APC/Cy7 Anti-human CD140a Antibody
16A1
16A1 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that is specific for the CD140a antigen. CD140a (sometimes called PDGFRa) is a member of the platelet-derived growth factor family that is expressed on the surface of cells such as endothelial cells and platelets. CD140a is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, PDGF. CD140a is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 600 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD140a is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, specifically in the study of neuroscience, stem cells and immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/Cy7 (ex/em = 754/779 nm).
