APC/Cy7 Anti-human CD319 Antibody
162.1
The 162.1 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD319, a 66 kD single-pass type i membrane protein often found on the surface of B cells, dendritic cells, lymphocytes and tregs. CD319 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, CD319. CD319 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 200 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD319 has been widely used in immunology research, often serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to APC/Cy7 (ex/em = 754/779 nm).
