Sushi domain-containing protein 2 is a 90 kDa transmembrane protein that can be located in the integral component of membrane, plasma membrane and extracellular exosome of cells. Sequencing of Sushi domain-containing protein 2 has shown it contains 6 types of conserved structural units: VWFD, SMB, cytoplasmic, extracellular, AMOP and Sushi domain. Sushi domain-containing protein 2 inhibits cell cycle G1/S phase transition and cell division.
