FITC Anti-human CD84 Antibody
CD84.1.21
CD84.1.21 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that forms an immune complex with the CD84 antigen. CD84 (also known as Ly9b) is a 64 - 82 kD transmembrane glycoprotein that is found on the surface of cells like platelets, B cells, T cells, NK cells and dendritic cells. CD84 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, in particular, CD84. CD84 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 600 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD84 is typically used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, specifically in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to FITC (ex/em = 491/516 nm). It is compatible with the 488 nm laser and 525/45 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Agilent Technologies NovoCyte Advanteon).
