FITC Mouse Anti-human Cytokeratin 19 Antibody
A53-B/A2, monoclonal
Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 19 is a protein with a molecular weight of 44 kDa, located in the the intermediate filament, Z disc and extracellular exosome of cells. It is sometimes referred to as keratin-19 and cytokeratin-19. In humans, cytokeratin-19 binds to protein-containing complex. Cytokeratin-19 is an integral part of organismal processes, in particular, sarcomere organization, viral process and cornification. Sequencing of cytokeratin-19 has demonstrated it contains a primary structural unit, the IF rod domain. Cytokeratin-19 is the subject of extensive application stemming from the fact that it acts in the Notch signaling pathway.
