About
iFluor® 405 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L)
AAT Bioquest's iFluor® dyes are optimized for labeling proteins, in particular, antibodies. These dyes are bright, photostable and have minimal quenching on proteins. They can be well excited by the major laser lines of fluorescence instruments (e.g., 350, 405, 488, 555 and 633 nm). iFluor® 405 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) conjugate has fluorescence excitation and emission maxima of ~401 nm and ~420 nm respectively. These spectral characteristics make them an excellent alternative to Alexa Fluor® 405 goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) conjugate (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of Invitrogen).

HL-60 cells were incubated with (Red, +) or without (Green, -) Anti-human HLA-ABC (W6/32 mAb), followed by iFluor® 405 goat anti-mouse IgG (H&L). The fluorescence signal was monitored using ACEA NovoCyte flow cytometer in the Pacific Blue channel (Ex/Em=405/445 nm).
