iFluor® 568 Anti-mouse/ dog CD80 Antibody
16-10A1
The 16-10A1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse/ dog CD80, a 60 kD transmembrane glycoprotein commonly located on the surface of dendritic cells, macrophages, T cells, Tregs and B cells. CD80 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, in particular, CD152 (CTLA-4) and CD28. CD80 is a moderately popular antibody target, with over 19000 publications in the last decade. CD80 is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology and neuroscience cell markers. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 568 (ex/em = 568/587 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 582/15 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSAria™ III).
